Brynt’s experience working with the body in different ways has laid the groundwork for class offerings that hold space for the joy of dynamic athleticism as well as the observation of subtle energies. He believes that everyone has a capacity for increased physical wellness and a loving connection to their body. All movers, from beginner to pro, are welcome regardless of shape or movement history. Brynt is available for group classes and one on one clients.


Yoga

Brynt’s Polarity and yoga practices inform one another; weaving together physical, mental, energetic, and emotional explorations. Whether teaching Hatha or Vinyasa, he uses present-time embodiment and somatic inquiry to give his classes an underlying emphasis on nervous system regulation and inner resource building. He uses asana (poses), pranayama (breath-work), and meditation to help you connect to the deepest parts of yourself. Brynt’s personal experience is that through this unveiling of your inner being, true healing can occur.



Pilates

Brynt teaches private and group mat classes and private apparatus classes. His pilates offerings focus more singularly on the physical body, but still consider each individual as a whole. Brynt tailors each session to you, your specific needs, and long term goals. His private sessions, in-person or Zoom, are perfect for beginners looking to get a rigorous understanding of pilates fundamentals before diving into group classes. Seasoned Pilates students will enjoy Brynt’s creative approach and astute observations. Pilates offers anatomically healthy ways of using the body that are transferable to any physical activity and promote ease in daily living.
